Set clear goals!

"Why? How?" Answers to these questions are important for students learning a language.
If you are going to study with a clear answer on how to go on a language course and how to prepare for a successful language course, you will have a very good chance of succeeding in a your language training. This can be easily verified by analyzing students who have gone through CPILS in the past, where motivation and purpose have a great influence on their academic performance.

In fact, students who do not have a specific purpose will have difficulty adjusting to the new environment the program itself. So, it is but natural and vital to have a clear goal. Also, keeping a healthy lifestyle and positive outlook towards learning and achieving your goal is important. Stress is inevitable but proper stress management is essential. Drinking alcohol, for example, releases stress. But excessive drinking is proven non-beneficial. You come to class the next day with a terrible hang-over which eventually takes your concentration off the lesson. This is definitely counterproductive.
