I came to study english in toronto. but I felt that it was very difficult to learn english for short period.
and my visa will be expired by end of Feb. and i don't wanna spend a lot of money. so I'm just wondering how's phillipine school level to learn english from cebu's teachers.
because i am going to cebu island to study english but i have a lot of question that i don't know
I wanna know from you answer very frankly and what do you recommand ? , for me, which is the best way? stay in canada or go to philippine ?
