i am a student from china mainland and wanna go to your school to study english . i contacted an agent on Taobao.com that is a online shopping website. they told me i have to transimit the tuition to their account before arriving school. and then they will transfor the tuition to the school's account.
they also gave me another way to handle the tuition, i can transfor the tuition to schoold's accout directly.
my question is ,
1. what they said is trure or not ?
2. if what they said is true, what's the school's accout number and information?
how can i indentify if they are cheater ？ hope to get your answer, thanks a lot |
